<br />WITNESS, that the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
<br />valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released, sold and
<br />QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents does remise, release, sell and QUIT CLAIM unto the GRANTEE its heirs,
<br />successors and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the GRANTOR has in the real

<br />Parcel E: MINERAL RIGHTS to the DOVES NEST LODE mining claim, United States Mineral Survey Number
<br />5947, and
<br />Parcel F: MINERAL RIGHTS to the SILVER LINK LODE mining claim, United States Mineral Survey Number

<br />Parcel G: MINERAL RIGHTS to the PECK LODE mining claim, United States Mineral Survey Number 7261, and

<br />TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise
