<br />QUIT CLAIM DEED
<br />This QUIT CLAIM DEED, dated September 17, 2007, between:
<br />Big Five Tunnel Group, Inc., 6 Hunter Dr., Armonk, NY 10504, GRANTOR, and
<br />Redtail XP, LLC., PO Box 1974, 2268 County Rd. 281, Idaho Springs, Clear Creek County, CO 80452,
<br />GRANTEE.
<br />WITNESS, that the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
<br />valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released, sold and
<br />QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents does remise, release, sell and QUIT CLAIM unto the GRANTEE its heirs,
<br />successors and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the GRANTOR has in the real
<br />property, together with any improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of Clear Creek and the
<br />State of Colorado described as follows:

<br />6830, and
<br />Parcel B: ALL RIGHTS to the JEWEL LODE mining claim, United States Mineral Survey Number 1022, and
<br />Parcel C: ALL RIGHTS to the POST LODE mining claim, United States Mineral Survey Number 6821, and
<br />Parcel D: ALL RIGHTS to the "W. P. R" LODE mining claim, United States Mineral Survey Number 6821, and
<br />Parcel E: ALL RIGHTS to the DOVES NEST LODE mining claim, United States Mineral Survey Number 5947,
<br />and
<br />Parcel F: ALL RIGHTS to the SILVER LINK LODE mining claim, United States Mineral Survey Number 7261,
<br />and
<br />Parcel G: ALL RIGHTS to the PECK LODE mining claim, United States Mineral Survey Number 7261, and
<br />Parcel H: ALL RIGHTS to the EMMA LODE mining claim, United States Mineral Survey Number 7261, and
<br />TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise
<br />appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all
<br />the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the GRANTOR, either in law or equity, of, in and to
<br />the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and described, with the appurtenances, unto the
<br />GRANTEE, its heirs and assigns forever. And the GRANTOR, for himself, his heirs, and personal representatives,
<br />does covenant, grant, bargain, and agree to and with the GRANTEE, its heirs and assigns, that at the time of the
<br />ensealing and delivery of these presents, he is well seized of the premises above conveyed, except reservations and
<br />rights-of-way of record.
