Beginning immediately and lasting through December 31, 1988 the permittee
is authorized to discharge within the limitations specified below, from
outfall(s) serial number(s) 001, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, 013, 014, 015,
016, 017, 018, 020, 021, 022, 023, 024 and 025, as shown in Figure 1 on
Page 19.
