ule 2.03 TerraMatrix, Inc. is a privately held Colorado corporation that provides environmental and engineering services to the mining industry. On January 4, 1995, TerraMatrix, Inc. entered into a contract whereby it agreed to provide reclamation management services for the Hayden Gulch Mine. One of the management services is for TerraMatrix, Inc. to be the permit contact on behalf of HGCC because HGCC does not have any technical resource employees in Colorado.
