Long <br />Division Director <br />Re: Eastside Coal Company AVS Check - RN03 <br />There were two discrepancies on the proposed decision check for the renewal. <br />Western Association Energy: <br />1. In the AVS Robert L.G. Watson is listed as CEO with a begin date of 4/1/94 and Chris <br />Williford as ASC and TRS with begin dates of 4/1/94. The Identification of Interest <br />(dated 2/8/00) doesn't list Robert L.G. Watson as CEO, or Chris Williford as ASC and <br />TRS. Please revise the Identification of Interest if AVS is correct, or if AVS is <br />incorrect, please tell the Division so that we may ask AVS to delete the incorrect <br />information. <br />Abraxas Petroleum: <br />1. In AVS Joseph Kilchrist is listed as VP with a begin date of 4/94. On the <br />Identification of Interest (dated 2/8/00) he is not listed.
