The board concwred with said decision. <br />Lastly, a discussion was held regarding the time and date of the next regularly scheduled <br />board meeting and it was determined that the board meeting will be held on Thursday, March 7, 1996 <br />in the Company's offices in San Anionio. <br />There being no further business to be brought befflre the board, the meeting was a4ourned <br />ac 2:34pm <br />??
