for a DRM&S 112 Reclamation Permit
with the Colorado Mined Land Recla-
mation Board under provisions of the
Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the
Extraction of Construction Materials.
The proposed mine is known as the
Breeze Basin Sand and Gravel Pit lo-
cated on the Scott and Sheila Brennise
Property (48 Land & Livestock LLC
property) at the NE/4 of Section 3,
T6N, R90W, of the 6th Colorado Princi-
paf Meridian, Moffat County, Colorado
on a 62 acre site. The proposed date
of coifipletion is Five (5) to fifteen (15)
years after the completion and issue of-
