The geological information contained in the RM was reviewed by a staff
geologist and found to be sufficient for use by the geologists and mining
engineers. Mining sequence information is contained on
mine plan maps showing development on a year by year basis. The
production rate is contained in the text of the R2P2 on a year by year,
seam by seam basis. The estimated overall recovery factor
acttotafo thbeertwwo
seams to be mined (the B 8 D seams) is 42.6 percent.
The acres contained by the ' (5) leases (C-023 of 103, D-047201 , C-0126669,
C-8424, and C-8425) is 6441 .60.
The estimated reserve bases were submitted by the company including
in-place, mineable, and !'recoverable reserves. These figures were checked
for accuracy by- the staff of this offiCO for all seams. Further analysis
was performed for the two seams to be mined since mineable and recoverable
reserves are only present in the B and D seams. The results of this
analysis are as follows:
The total in-place reserves were calcualted by a staff geologist at this
office.
