81506, has submitted an application for a Technical Revision to
the Division of Minerals and Geology, "Division", for its mining
permit No. C-81-047. The proposed revision provides for the
monitoring of bench piezometer P-6 to be discontinued. The Blue
Ribbon Mine is located seven miles northeast of Paonia, CO, north
of Highway 133, Section 2 T 13 S, R 91 W, and Section 35 T 12 S, R
91 W. The location of the permit area is contained in the U.S.
Geological Survey 7.5 minute Bowie, Colorado, quadrangle map. A
copy of the proposed technical revision is available for public
inspection at the Delta County Clerk and Recorder's Office, 5th and
Palmer, Delta, CO and at the offices of the Division. Written
