2.03.8 Permit Term Information
Mining activities have ceased. All facilities have been dismantled and the
area was reclaimed during 1986. It is anticipated the Mining Permit will be
in effect until revegetation success is demonstrated and the remaining
reclamation bond is released which will be during 2004 at the earliest. It
is requested the permit be renewed for a five year term.
