(HGTI), attached please find well abandonment reports <br />for two monitor wells that were located in Section 14, Township 6 North, Range 88 West, of the 6~' <br />P.M., Routt County, Colorado. The monitor wells, identified as HGDALI and HGDAL2, were <br />installed to evaluate shallow ground water in the vicinity of the Hayden Gulch Loadout, a coal <br />handling facility. The monitor wells were drilled and completed in approximately 1986 by H-G <br />Coal Company, a previous owner/operator of the Loadout facility. HGTI has been unable to locate <br />any notice of intent filings or completion documentation in internal files or the Division's database. <br />The monitor wells were plugged and sealed on September 10, 2007.
