The materials examined do not reflect the presence of any ditches, canals, laterals or <br />reservoirs on the captioned lands. However, it would behoove PDC to conduct a surface <br />inspection to determine the presence of any ditches, etc., and in the event such inspection <br />reveals the presence of the same, obtain a copy of the instrument creating. such interest atld <br />submit for review and determination as to the ownership of the mineral estate lying within <br />the boundaries thereof. Conduct all operations so as not to interfere with the rights of parties <br />in possession. <br />5. The following special taxing district(s) appear to include the captioned lands: <br />South Platte Water Conservancy District; <br />Southeast Weld Soil Conservation District; and, <br />Southeast Weld Fire Protection District. <br />PDC's operations on the captioned lands may be subject to special rules, regulations and/or <br />taxes in effect relative to the above special district(s). There is no evidence in the materials <br />examined of unpaid taxes due on or special liens filed on behalf of any special district. <br />6. Your attention. is directed to the Affidavits of Production previously listed herein.
