<br />~~ray for pipeline .over and across, among other, Section 25, more particularly set forth on plat
<br />attached thereto.
<br />2. By Right-of--Way Grant dated February 12, 1.985, recorded May 31, 1985 at Book 1071,
<br />Reception No. 2011616, L. F. Ranch granted to Damson Gas Processing Corp, a right of way for
<br />pipeline over and across, among other, Section 25, more particularly described therein. By mesne
<br />assigiunents this right-of-way became vested in ANGC Corporation,
<br />3. By Right-of--Way Grant dated September 23, 1992, recorded December 17, 1992 at Book
<br />1363, Reception No. 2314918, Coors Energy Company granted to Associated Natural Gas, Inc., a
<br />right of way for pipeline and appurtenances thereto, in, on or under a portion of Sec. 25, more
<br />particularly described therein.
<br />4. By Easement dated December 6, 1993, recorded January ~, 1994 at Book 1421, Reception
<br />No. 2367677, Coors Energy Corporation granted to Guttersen &Company, aright-of--way over and
<br />across part of the captioned lands for access to property owned by Grantee. See document for

<br />5. By Right-of--Way Grant acknowledged December 11, 1998, recorded Apri120, 1999 at
<br />ReceptionNo. 2688099, Coors Energy Company granted to Duke Energy Field Services, Inc., aright
<br />of ~vay for a telephone line, consisting of wires and other necessary equipment across and under Sec.
<br />25, more particularly described therein.
<br />6. By Easement Agreement dated March 2S, 2002, recorded June G, 2002 at Reception No.
<br />2958647, Coors Energy Company granted to Duke Energy Field Services, Inc., a right of way to
<br />construct, maintain, inspect, repair, replace and remove a natural gas pipeline and all appurtenances
<br />for the transportation of oil, gas or other substances thereuz, under, over and through portions of Sec.
