FIGURE 13-4 (cont.) <br />Therefore, this Floodplain Development Permit for placement <br />+• a flood control dike on the west bank of the Colorado River <br />north of the Cameo Hridge is granted 'subject to the following <br />condition s: <br />1) The applicant shall proceed in conformity with all <br />federal and state statutes as well as all local <br />regulations: including, but not limited., to, <br />subdivision regulations, zoning regulations, and <br />building codes. ` <br />2) Thv temporary diversion berm shall be removed prior to <br />the spring high water season or by May 13th . <br />3) The apRlfcant shall supply a letter to the Floodplain <br />Administrator stating that the earthwork, grading and <br />reclamation of the site was completed as outlined in <br />applicants narrative. This letter shall be submitted <br />as soon as possible after the completion of the <br />reclamation activity. <br />4> All construction sRecificatians stated in the Floodplain <br />Permit application shall be adhered to. Also upon com- <br />pletion of thin dike, all disturbed areas shall be <br />reseeded with native vegetation. <br />This permit applies only to the proposal as identified in <br />the application and may not be expanded or transferred. <br />This permit shall be valid fpr one year from the date of <br />issuance. If substantial commencement relative to the original <br />purpose of this permit has not begun during that one year, this <br />permit shall become invalid at that time.
