Summaru Statement
This appendix contains the Coal Basin Mines reclamation cost
estimates as computed by Mid-Continent and the Mined Land
Reclamation Division during the 1985-86 Mid-Term Review process .
Since the Mid-Term Review calculations that set the bond
amount at &2, 5g8, 1f1q, reclamation cost estimates for a Notice of
Intent to Explore, Technical Revisions 7 and 8, and Minor
Revision 6 have increased the amount to a total of $2,601, 050 .
Pages 2-'f of this appendix are the reclamation cost totals
For each major reclamation task and for the various operational
sites within the permit area . as of the end of 1986 . MLRD
detailed calculation worksheets For the Mid-Term Review process
as well as for subsequent permit revisions are included at pages
5 through 59 .
