4b. Monitoring Requirements .
In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or non-
compliance with the effluent limitations specified in Part 1.A, the
permittee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the following
frequencies:

• Should a precipitation event or snowmelt occur, the permittee shall
submit proof in order for an exemption to be claimed. Said proof shall
be submitted as an attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR)
for the appropriate period.
Sampling for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified
above shall be performed at the following locations(s): 001, 006, 007,
008, 009, 010, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 020, 021, 022, 023, 024
and 025, as shown in Figure 1 on Page 19 at outfalls prior to mixing
with state waters.
Monitoring by the Division for the purpose of compliance and/or
enforcement of the effluent limitations shall be performed as per
"Sample Type" specified above.
