That S02 emissions do not exceed -60 parts per million in <br /> the stack effluent;' <br /> 4. That the company maintain monthly records of alkalinity <br /> and flow rate of make-up with water and make sure such <br /> records are'available to the Division for review of compliance <br /> with the S02 standard. <br /> 5.
