Comments:
We continued mining in the Golden phase this year and began mining in the southeast section of the
Hill-Oakley phase. Most of the Golden phase has been mined. We have done some reclamation
work in the Golden area - constructing 3:1 slopes along the eastern perimeter, and we will do some
topsoilin and seeding this fall. We expect to finish reclamation in Golden in 2009. We started
mining the southeast section of the Hill-Oakley phase in 2007, and will continue mining in the eastern
half of this phase in 2008. We expect to slope the eastern perimeter of the Hill-Oakley phase in 2008.
The office/scalehouse and mine entrance have not been moved, but that may happen in 2008. We
would move the entrance to one of our other permitted access points. Please see the attached map.
* Please show the location of the acreage for items with a * on your map. Indicate the phases of the reclamation which have
been completed, correlated with your timetable. Phased operations: show dates extraction ceased & dates reclamation began.
NOTE: If there have not been any changes since the last annual report and you previously submitted a map which correctly
depicts the current acreage in items 4 through 10, then a map is unnecessary.
