Forest Service evaluation of "Past and Present <br /> Condition of Range and Wildlife Resources in Coal Basin" is <br /> • a significant source of information . <br /> The Thompson Creek Land Use Plan of the United States <br /> Forest Service, which was prepared in accordance with the <br /> National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 , the Multiple Use <br /> Sustained Yield Act of 1960 and other applicable federal <br /> regulations , is a source of information for the Coal Basin <br /> and surrounding region . <br /> A wildlife flyover study by the State Division of <br /> Wildlife has provided information for the regional elk <br /> count . <br /> A study by the Roaring Fork Chapter of the National <br /> Audubon Society and the U .
