Adequate. <br />Once the above questions have been answered to the satisfaction of the DBMS, the DIMS will <br />estimate the cost to reclaim the site based on the reclamation plan proposed by the prospector. <br />You will be notified of the required financial warranty prior to the decision date. <br />Please be advised that COAG Prospecting Project, File No. P-2007-069 may be deemed <br />inadequate, and the application may be denied on June 14, 2008 unless the applicable items are <br />addressed to the satisfaction of the DRMS. If you feel more time is needed to complete your <br />reply, the DRMS can grant an extension to the decision date. This will be done upon receipt of a <br />written waiver of your right to a decision by June 14, 2008 and request for additional time.
