onstructed on site to replace the pump in the River. <br />(2) Of the 2.37 acres of new disturbance area, approximately 0.5 acres of cut slopes <br />have been topsoiled and seeded and mulched. A full landscape plan has been submitted <br />to Eagle County as part of a Special Use permit amendment to allow the construction <br />of the office and shop buildings. All water containment berms have been inspected and <br />are found to be intact. As shown on the Annual report map, many internal roads will be <br />paved as part of the revised operation. <br />(3) For the upcoming year, the final transition from a mine site to an industrial site will <br />take place with the paving of some internal roads and landscaping. The 0.16 acres of <br />mining area on the west side of the permit will be graded, seeded and mulched. B&B <br />committed to the creation of a bike/recreation path which would wind around the <br />perimeter of the site disturbed area, as shown on the Annual Report Map.
