BDM appreciates input the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety (DRMS) has on the adequacy of information contained in the attached permit <br />application amendment. The amendment modifies Exhibits A, C, D and E, and the first page of the <br />application form. The amendment was made in an effort to lower final grade slope angles necessitating a <br />minor permit area modification. <br />Please feel free to call Mr. Scott Hall (BDM Chief Executive Officer) with any questions you may have <br />regarding the permit.
