S . Department of <br /> Commerce National Weather Service Station: Redstone 4 ,. <br /> West . The weather station is within the permit area , adjacent <br /> to the preparation plant area, at an elevation of 8065 ' , <br /> and was established in 1978 . Tables III-F-4 thru 6 are <br /> • records of temperature and precipitation factors in the <br /> permit area as observed at the Redstone 4 , West weather <br /> station. <br /> The 10, 25 and 100 year storm events have been <br /> estimated from isopluvials maps and are drawn from the U .
