• b . Precipitation <br /> Precipitation in the permit area occurs <br /> principally in the form of snow. Monthly precipitation <br /> figures recorded for 1978 through 1985 are indicated on the <br /> chart on the following page. <br /> January usually experiences the heaviest <br /> snowfall .
