Your answer gave me a direction to start. <br />We sold Gold Basin Mine to three men, Gold Mountain Metals, Inc. and we <br />gave them two seasons to operate the mine before making a payment. The <br />payment was due November 1, 2007. They breeched the signed agreement <br />by not making the payment, not paying the property taxes and failing to <br />purchase liability insurance. We have no alternative but to terminate their <br />agreement with us and carry on towards selling the property again as Jim's <br />health and his age. <br />I would like to demonstrate to the Division immediately that Jim is the sole <br />owner of Gold Basin Mine by sending you a copy of the warranty deed with <br />the recorders Book 264 on page number, 293. Accompanying the warranty <br />deed please find a copy of the water rights, also recorded. The phone <br />number (719-539-6913) of the recorders office at Salida County Court <br />House so that you may verify who the owner of Gold Basin Mine is and also <br />the treasurer office phone number (719-539-6808) with a copy of the <br />property taxes that is being paid by Jim. 1 have notified the county sheriff <br />department that if any one of the three men are caught interring or leaving
