• SURFACE WATER MONITORING PLAN
Effective July 1 , 1980
1. Rate the Dutch Creek Flume #5 (Install staff gage) .
2 . Rate the 48" CMP at Bear Creek above Coal Creek #3.
3 . Maintain stream gaging station and recorder at Coal
Creek below Bear Creek #20
Monitor each station weekly starting April lst to
October lst thence monthly thru the winter or as needed per
unusual flow event. Report monthly minimum, maximum and mean .
daily flows .
Flow measurements will be taken when water quality
samples are taken.
