111111. COMMENTS - COMPLIANCE
Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made

This was a partial inspection conducted by Marcia Talvitie of the Colorado DBMS. No
representative of the Operator was present. It was raining lightly at the time of the
inspection.
Sians and Markers
The Mine Identification sign was posted on the County Road at the mine entrance, per
the requirements of subsection 4.02.02.
Roads
The main road was wet, but easily traversed south of the turnoff to Mine Area 3. North of
the turnoff, the road was slippery and treacherous. Neither Mine Area 3, nor Ponds A
and B,were accessible.
Revegetation
Vegetative cover at reclaimed Mine Area No. 1 (Figure 1) can be compared with native
vegetation across the road to the west (Figure 2).
