Please respond directly to these DOW and DWR directly and copy <br />the Division. <br />The Division has also received a timely comment from the Deep Cut Irrigation Ditch, Inc. Please <br />respond to their concerns and copy staff as well. At this point it appears the letter is an objection to the <br />application but that will be clarified.
