Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction
of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Breeze Basin Sand and Gravel Pit located
on the Scott and Sheila Bernnise Property (4B Land & Livestock LLC property) at the NE/4 of Section 3,
T6N, R90W, of the Oh Colorado Principal Meridian, Moffat County, Colorado on a 62 acre site. The
proposed date of completion is Fifteen (15) to twenty (20) years after the completion and issue of all State
of Colorado and Moffat County permits. The current land use is for pasture and the proposed future use of
the land is for developed water resource, pasture and wildlife habitat.
