A. Summary Statement Concerning Certifications
This attachment contains copies of certifications
that sediment ponds have been built as designed . Also , ,
certified as built survey- plats of the sediment ponds
are contained in map jackets at the rear of this volume
labeled II-B-7-Att . 6-1 thru 23 . If these survey maps are
• not in the set that an agency receives , and there is a need
to review them, please contact Mid-Continent Resources at
945-4958 and a set will be supplied .
