The "K" factor for Mine 1 will be modified to 0 .7 <br /> only where coal and black shale dust is covering the ground <br /> in the vicinity of the conveyor system. Otherwise the "K" <br /> factor of 0 . 35 to 0 . 41 will remain as is for the remaining <br /> areas. <br /> Roger mentioned that he wil convey the results of this con- <br /> r` • versation to the 4/23/80 CMLR Board Meeting and seek to <br /> gain authority for final_ staff approval of the mine plan <br /> pending our submittal of written documents . This staff <br /> approval will enable MCR to maintain their construction <br /> schedule. <br /> Doug Bowman called Brook Wilson on April 23 , 1980 , to discuss <br /> progress and my conversation with Roger Funston on the.. reply <br /> to CMLRB comments . <br /> Doug Bo«an appreciated the results of my discussion with <br /> Roger Funston. Doug wants the written report as soon as <br /> possible.
