Anticipated 2008 Disturbances: <br />An additiona10,6 acre will likely be disturbed at Site B, to the west and also to the north of the <br />current excavation. <br />Additional prospects will not exceed 0.03 acre. <br />Approximately 0.6 acre will remain disturbed at Site B, but will be made safe before winter. <br />Proposed 2008 Reclamation: <br />Approximately 0.5 acre should be reclaimed at Site B. <br />Any test pits that may be opened during 2008 will be filled, re-contoured, and reseeded. <br />Ponderosa pine trees will be planted on Site C on the Smoky Hawk mine where the unauthorized <br />dig was. <br />Sufficiency of Bond: <br />A reclamation bond of $ 20,696 is set aside with the State of Colorado along with a $900 bond <br />with the U.S.F.S. to cover annual reclamation efforts for this mining permit.
