Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />i <br />Re: Deakins Pit, Permit No. M - 2001 - 060, Notice of Failure to Provide Requested Materials by Specified <br />Date. <br />Dear Mr. Baker: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety recently inspected Permit No. M-2001-060 and found the following to <br />be a problem; Improper storage of hazardous materials observed during inspection. The Division requested, that 3B <br />Enterprises, LLC submit photo documentation to this office of the proper placement of the barrels into secondary <br />containment and proper disposal of the used batteries by April 30, 2008.
