The tanks may be <br />integral to the equipment or may be separate. Capacities may vary <br />from 20 gaNons to several thousand gallons, and tanks may change <br />based on requirements from season to season and year to year. ASTs <br />are regulated by federal and state agencies, including EPA, Colorado <br />Department of Public Health and Environment, and Colorado <br />Department of Lobar and Employment. AST registration may bs <br />required by DGLE and/br CDPHE depending on the materials stored, <br />the size of the tank, the purpose of the tank, and the locations; not all <br />tanks are required to be registered or reported. <br />The Qperator is committed to complying with all applicable local, state, <br />and federal law and requirements for reporting, registration, spill <br />prevention, control, and countermeasures {including best management <br />practices, such as structural containment) to prevent pollution of <br />surtace and ground water and to prevent undue risks to the public and <br />employees. <br />Prepared by: <br />Nathan A.
