The quarry was operated on a limited basis throughout the year. <br />Quarry activities in 2007 included: <br />• Mining disturbance area totaled 46 acres and is shown in Figure 1 (Enclosed). <br />• No substantive reclamation activities were conducted. <br />• Aggregate Industries did not negotiate a lease extension and the property owners (Hall <br />family) are currently in the process of selling the land for future development. <br />• Aggregate Industries contracted with a Professional Engineer, Kleinfelder, Inc., to conduct <br />extensive geologic and geotechnical analyses to revise the reclamation plan and geotechnical <br />stability exhibit. <br />• Future projected mining, reclamation or site development activities for 2008 are uncertain. <br />Please contact Matthew Hall at 303-716-5363 if there are any additional questions or concerns <br />for this site. <br />Respectfully, <br />Lt/'~r <br />Matthew Hall, P.E. <br />Land Resource Project Manager <br />Enclosures <br />
