Memorandum in Response to Notice of Determination of Designation Mining Operation (DMO); DRMS File Numbers <br />M-1977-416, M-1978-039 HR, M-1977-285, M-1980-055 HR, M-1981-021 and M-1977-032. <br />• CDPHE Air Permit for the Sunday Mines, inspection and reporting <br />requirements. <br />• The EPA's NESHAPs monitoring and reporting requirements for radon <br />emissions from mine ventilation systems. <br />• Monitoring and reporting requirements for the Mine Safety and Health <br />Administration (MSHA) to ensure protection of worker health and safety at <br />the Mine sites. <br />• San Miguel County's approval of any Septic Systems in use at the Mine sites. <br />• San Miguel County's Special Use Permit requirements. <br />• San Miguel County's Road Use Permit requirements.4~~;~~~. <br />ry~~~~:~c-~i <br />• BLM Plan of Operations and NEPA decision records and findings of no <br />•u~~= <br />significant impact (when finalized).
