110 Permit Application Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />INTRODUCTION <br />A construction material limited impact (110) operation reclamation permit is being requested by <br />Black Diamond Minerals, LLC (BDM) for the construction and operation of a shale borrow pit as <br />part of an exploratory oil and gas development project. BDM understands that the 110 permit is <br />required under the Construction Material Rules and Regulations (the Colorado Land <br />Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials, Section 34-32.5-101, et seq., <br />C.R.S., and 2 CCR 407-1) regulated by the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety (Division). Table 1 summarizes the permitting requirements and provides the location of <br />each requirement within the application. Attachment 1 includes the 110 Permit Application <br />Form. <br />Table 1.
