110 Permit Application <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation. Mining and <br />LIST OF OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED- EXHIBIT F <br />BDM has prepared a response to the review standards in Section 6.3.6 in the Construction <br />Material Rules and Regulations. The review standard is stated followed by BDM's response. <br />Rule: Provide a statement identifying which of the following permits, licenses and approvals <br />which are held or will be sought in order to conduct the proposed mining and reclamation <br />operations: effluent discharge permits, air quality emissions permits, radioactive source <br />materials licenses, disposal of dredge and fill material (404) permits, permit to construct a dam, <br />well permits, explosives permits, State Historic Preservation Office clearance, highway access <br />permits, U.S. Forest Service permits, Bureau of Land Management permits, county zoning and <br />land use permits, and city zoning and land use permits. <br />Response: The following permits are being sought or have been obtained in relation to the <br />BDM 110 Limited Impact permit application: <br />¦ Garfield County Special Use Permit (Attached) - Applied for <br />¦ Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Water Quality Control <br />Division (WQCD) Storm Water Permit - In progress <br />¦ CDPHE Air Quality Permit - Not required based on less than two tons of particulate <br />emissions per year <br />• City of Rifle Watershed Permit - Applied for <br />Tetra Tech February 2008 17
