110 Permit Application Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety. <br />Response: The primary commodity to be mined is siltstone, shale, and sandstone <br />bedrock of the Green River Formation for use as road base on oil and gas drill pad <br />access roads and for the surfacing of oil and gas drill pads. No secondary commodities <br />have been identified. <br />(O) Rule: name and describe the intended use of all expected incidental products to be <br />mined/extracted by the proposed operation. <br />Response: No incidental products are expected to be mined by the proposed operation. <br />(P) Rule: Specify if explosives will be used in conjunction with the mining or reclamation. In <br />consultation with the Office, the Applicant must demonstrate, pursuant to Subsection <br />6.5(4), Geotechnical Stability Exhibit, that off site areas will not be adversely affected by <br />blasting during mining or reclamation operations. <br />Response: No explosives are proposed to be used in conjunction with the mining or <br />reclamation. <br />Tetra Tech February 2008 11
