The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1 • Possible disruption of the hydrologic balance. Rule 3.1.6(1) states that "disturbances to the 6/ 1/ 2008 <br />prevailing hydrologic balance of the affected land and of the surrounding area and to the quantity -- <br />orquality of water in surface and groundwater systems both during and after the mining operation <br />and during reclamation shall be minimized." <br />PB or PV: PB <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: TOPIC(S): HB <br />Brannan Sand and Gravel must provide data to the Division demonstrating that this operation is not <br />responsible for adversely affecting the hydrologic balance on the adjacent landowner's property.
