Sherman
Executive Director
Ronald W. Cattany
Division Director
Natural Resource Trustee
The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the
above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The First Quarter Discharge
Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on 30 Apri12008. The reports cover the time period
from O1 January 2008 through 31 March 2008.
Five NPDES outfalls discharged during the First Quarter of 2008. Outfalls 011 and 021 discharged in
response to spring snowmelt surges occurring in mid March. Outfalls 001, 002 and 020 discharged
routinely throughout the quarter. Outfalls 011, 020, and 021 were sampled for WET analyses during
the quarter. No exceedances of WET test limitations were observed.
It is noted that this winter resulted in heavy snow pack for most of the reporting period. No
exceedences of primary effluent limitations occurred at any outfall during the quarter.
Thank you for the timely submittal.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
