Box 158 <br />Carbondale, Colorado 81623 <br />Re: Technical Revision - Tunnel to Wash Plant Conveyor, File No. C-017-81 <br />Dear Mr. Bowman: <br />The form approving the above-referenced Technical Revision is enclosed. The <br />Division proposes to approve the revision with stipulations. The following <br />stipulations are necessary to resolve the minor deficiencies we have discussed. <br />• Stipulation No. 1 <br />Prior to construction of the tunnel face up area, the Permittee must <br />submit and receive Division approval of final revised plans for the <br />sediment pond. <br />Stipualtion No. 2 <br />By July 9, 1984, the permittee must submit a final revised stability <br />analysis for the bin bench fill. <br />Stipulation No. 3 <br />By August 31, 1984, the permittee must revise the appropriate sections <br />of the rock tunnel underground deve]opment waste disposal plan to <br />include the additional storage required for waste from the preparations <br />plant conveyor tunnel. <br />Stipulation No. 4 <br />Following construction of the conveyor system, the permittee must <br />immediately seed and mulch, at the rate of two tons per acre, the <br />disturbed area along he conveyor corridor where drainage is not <br />contained by a sediment pond.
