On behalf of CAM-Colorado LLC, enclosed is an application for a permit to conduct coal
mining in Colorado for CAM-Colorado's proposed Red Cliff Mine. The following data
are enclosed:
1. Five reproducible copies of the six page permit application form with original
signatures.
2. The $2,500.00 permit application fee.
3. Proof a copy of the permit application package has been delivered to the
Grand Junction office of the Bureau of Land Management and shipped to
OSM in Denver.
4. A copy of the proposed public notice.
Three copies of the permit application package were delivered of the Grand Junction
office of DRMS. The other two copies were shipped to DRMS' Durango and Denver
offices.
