MANAGEMENT <br />~G~~v~o <br />0~ <br />~Q~ 251 ama~o~, <br />~~'~~~~~~~9 a d sa~e~l <br />On behalf of CAM-Colorado LLC, enclosed is an application for a permit to conduct coal <br />mining in Colorado for CAM-Colorado's proposed Red Cliff Mine. The following data <br />are enclosed: <br />1. Five reproducible copies of the six page permit application form with original <br />signatures. <br />2. The $2,500.00 permit application fee. <br />3. Proof a copy of the permit application package has been delivered to the <br />Grand Junction office of the Bureau of Land Management and shipped to <br />OSM in Denver. <br />4. A copy of the proposed public notice. <br />Three copies of the permit application package were delivered of the Grand Junction <br />office of DRMS.
