5.0 INSPECTIONS
On September 12, 2007, Bob Oswald and Kate Pickford of the Colorado Division of
Reclamation, Mining and Safety conducted a site inspection. No violations or issues
were identified during the inspection. A copy of the inspection report is provided in
Appendix B. No other agency inspections were performed at the project site during
2007.
