(CCR) to
revegetate coal exploration surface disturbance associated with the Cow Camp Project 2007
Exploration Program. CCR and Hockett Farms (Hockett) entered into an Exploration and Prospect
Drilling Agreement, dated May 14, 2007, which granted CCR the right to enter onto Hockett
controlled Property to prospect for, drill azd otherwise evaluate coal underlying the surface of the
Property.
The description of the exploration drill hole locations are:
• SW/4 SE/4 Section 33, Township 6 North, Range 87 West
• SW/4 NE/4 Section 33, Township 6 North, Range 87 West
• SE/4 NE/4 Section 22, Township 6 North; Range 87 West
• of the 6~' P.M., all in Routt County, Colorado
The locations of the drill holes are generally depicted on the drawing entitled "Cow Camp
Exploration Surface Owner Map" and are referenced as drill hole numbers A9 or CCU009, A10 or
CCU010, and A11 or CCU011.
The land that will be disturbed by the exploration drilling is upland range/pastureland used for
livestock grazing and wildlife habitat. Consequently, CCR should reseed the exploration pad
disturbance with the following seed mixture (and recommended variety, if available).
Species
Thickspike wheatgrass (Critana)
Mountain brome (Bromar)
Western wheatgrass (Arriba)
Slender wheatgrass (San Luis)
Bluebunch wheatgrass (Secar)
Orchardgrass (Paiute)
Green needlegrass (Lodorm)
Total PLS
PLS lbs/acre
1.0
3.0
Z.0
2.0
1.0
2.0
1.0
12.0 (double for broadcast seeding)
Thank you for your attention to this matter and assuring that the disturbed area is returned to a
productive post-disturbance condition.
Regards,
Duane M. Hockett
~~~~
Darrel S. Hockett
