• Nineteen active monitoring wells
• Four active subsidence monitoring wells
• One raw water supply well, 90-1
• 1 new proposed production well - 7H-1 V
• Eleven plugged and abandoned wells
4.1.5 Other Activities
The potentiometric levels monitored in the surrounding Dissolution Surface aquifer monitoring
wells provided continuous data, which was used to manage production/recovery operations at
each of the active cavities. Throughout the year injection and recovery rates were successfully
adjusted to maintain monitoring well levels to target levels.
4.2 New Findings or Developments
There were no new findings or developments in 2007.
4.3 2007 Operation Results
Mining and production activities were continuous in 2007.
