6.0 Land Disturbance and Reclamation <br />6.1 Summary of 2007Disturbance <br />An additional 1.15 acres of surface disturbance occurred in 2007, associated with SH-1 V. Disturbed acreage approved <br />under DMG permit remained at 73 acres with a total of 72.0 acres disturbed through 2007. <br />Topsoil stockpile inventories remain unchanged throughout 2007. The quantity of topsoil stockpiled <br />remains approximately 71,761 cubic yards. <br />6.3 Reclamation Activity <br />6.3.1 Seeding <br />In 2007, the area surrounding 4A-6V was recontoured and revegetated. <br />6.3.2 Reclamation Fencing <br />Repair and maintenance was performed on all existing fences. Fencing is utilized to protect <br />reclamation during establishment and to keep livestock out of the mud pits. <br />6.3.3 Precipitation <br />Precipitation gauges are located near the P/A injection well 90-5 (tipping gauge) and near <br />monitoring well EX-2 (V-gauge).
