Fertilization - if applicable, specify types, mixtures, quantities and <br />time of application. <br />USDA has made a 40/40/0 fertilizer application recommendation. <br />Straw mulch is to be applied at a rate of 2000#/acre and crimped with <br />a disk; weed control will be as necessary. Application of mulch after <br />seed application; seeding dates are June 15 to July 15 recommended <br />for seeding. Dormant seeding recommendations are from October 1 to <br />April 30. - <br />(iv) Revegetation - specify types of trees, shrubs, etc., quantities, size and <br />location. <br />There will be additional trees/shrubs planted; also wetlands varieties <br />such as cattails and willows will be planted in,pond edges. <br />(v) Topsoiling - Specify anticipated minimum depth or range of depths <br />for those areas where topsoil will be replaced. <br />Stockpiled topsoil/cover soil will be replaced over the re-graded pond <br />edges/final "Gate" area after ripping and final grade has been <br />established to a thickness of 8 inches or more. Topsoil will be replaced. <br />on all disturbed surfaces. If additional topsoil is available it will be <br />applied generally to a 10 inch thickness.
