ECM-04-33 - No activity occurred during 2006 or 2007. We will not pursue this
borehole any further.
2. ECM-04-38 -Drilled in 2006 and plugged, graded and seeded. A borehole completion
report was sent previously in March 2007.
3. ECM-OS-19 -During 2006, the pad was built, borehole pre-collared and drilled to
corepoint. A preliminary borehole completion report was sent in March 2007. While
drilling is expected to be completed during 2007 a core drill capable of pulling core from
depth never became available. We anticipate completing this borehole in 2008.
4. ECM-OS-23 -During the 2006, the pad was constructed but the borehole not drilled due
to weather. An initial borehole completion report was provided in March 2007. Drilling
was expected to be completed during 2007 but no rig capable of pulling core at depth
was available. Drilling is expected to be completed in 2008.
5. ECM-OS-24 -During 2006, the drill pad was constructed but no drilling took place due to
lack of drill rigs. Drilling was started in 2007 and resulted in exceptional problems. The
drill bit was stuck on the first attempt and the casing had to be sheared with explosives.
The second attempt was successful to 1000' and abandoned due to substantial early
winter weather and the site had to be abandoned. The Federal coal exploration license
expires on May 18, 2008 and drilling will likely resume after further discussions with
USFS and BLM authorities. The fact that the site lies within a USFS Inventory Roadless
Area could complicate the issue. A preliminary completion report is attached.
6. ECM-OS-34 - No activity occurred during 2006 or 2007. If rigs are available, the site
could be drilled in 2008.
• Page 1
