I'er <br />Rule 1.7(2)(x) these comments are considered timely in the application process. Staff faxed the comments to :3:E3 <br />Enterprises, LLC immediately upon receipt for their review and records. <br />The Division as part of the adequacy review is requesting that 3B Enterprises, LLC formally respond to the Concerned <br />Citizens for the Future of Moffat County letter. 3B Enterprises, LLC should send the response directly to Concerned <br />Citizens for the Future of Moffat County and copy the Division. As noted in the Division letter to Concerned Citizens <br />for the Future of Moffat County there are some issues brought up which are normally reviewed and some that are;lion- <br />jurisdictional. <br />Currently Division staff is reviewing the application.
